Features
The Features page lets you enable or disable optional capabilities for your whole workspace. Each toggle takes effect immediately.
Stage gating
Section titled “Stage gating”Controls how the AI agent selects the tools and skills it uses during a conversation.
- On — the agent is limited to the tools relevant to the current lifecycle stage, keeping behavior focused and predictable.
- Off — the agent may choose from your full catalog on every turn.
Proactive notifications
Section titled “Proactive notifications”Chooses how proactive, outbound messages are generated:
- AI — the agent writes the message dynamically for each contact.
- Template — messages use your predefined templates.
