The Facebook channel connects your Facebook account so customer messages flow into your unified Inbox, where your AI agent can respond.
What it enables
Section titled “What it enables”- Two-way messaging with customers through your connected Facebook account.
- Per-account control: enable each connected account for messaging or marketing.
- Connect more than one Facebook account to the same workspace.
Connecting it
Section titled “Connecting it”Connect Facebook from your workspace settings under the Facebook channel. Connecting uses an authorization flow that links your account and grants the access needed to send and receive messages.
Once connected, incoming Facebook messages appear in the Inbox as conversations alongside your other channels.
