Connect your first channel

Before your AI agent can do anything, customers need a way to reach you. That’s what channels are for — messaging services like WhatsApp, Instagram, SMS, and more. Connecting one routes its conversations into your Inbox.

  1. Open Settings (or the Channels area) and choose the channel you want to connect.
  2. Follow that channel’s connection steps — typically linking the right account or number and confirming access.
  3. Once connected, send yourself a test message; it should appear in the Inbox, and your agent should respond.
