Contacts
Contacts are the people who interact with your workspace. Every person who messages you on a connected channel becomes a contact, so you build up a record of your audience automatically.
What a contact holds
Section titled “What a contact holds”A contact gathers what’s known about a person in one place: their name and contact details, the channels they’ve reached you on, and their conversation history.
Adding contacts
Section titled “Adding contacts”Contacts are created automatically as people message you. You can also add or import contacts yourself — useful when bringing an existing customer list into Kasbly. When importing, you map your columns (name, phone, email, and so on) to Kasbly’s contact fields.
Keeping contacts clean
Section titled “Keeping contacts clean”Over time the same person may appear more than once — for example if they reach you on two channels. You can merge duplicate contacts so their history stays in a single record.
