Quick Start
This guide walks you through your first few minutes in Kasbly.
1. Sign in
Section titled “1. Sign in”Open your Kasbly dashboard and sign in. After signing in you land in your workspace — the home for your team, contacts, conversations, and settings. If you belong to more than one workspace, use the switcher at the top of the sidebar to move between them. See Your workspace & team.
2. Get your bearings
Section titled “2. Get your bearings”The left sidebar is your main navigation: Channels, The Inbox, Contacts & CRM, Your AI Agent, Marketing, Analytics, and Settings. You can collapse it at any time.
3. Set up the essentials
Section titled “3. Set up the essentials”To get value on day one, do these in order:
- Connect a channel so customers can reach you — see Connect a channel.
- Configure your AI agent so it answers the way you want — see Your AI agent.
- Add your contacts (or let them build up as people message you) — see Contacts.
4. Watch it work
Section titled “4. Watch it work”Once a channel is connected, incoming messages appear in the Inbox. Your agent responds automatically, and you can step in whenever you like.
