Quality Review

The Quality Review view lets you find, inspect, and sign off on individual conversations based on an automatically assigned quality score.

  • Stats cards — the average quality score for the period, the number of low-scoring conversations, and how many have already been reviewed (hidden from the list).
  • Conversation list — each conversation with its quality score and level (high, medium, or low), the assigned operator, date, whether it was AI- or human-handled, message count, and handoff count.

Filter by score range, operator, AI vs. human handling, date range, and whether to include already-reviewed conversations. Scores of 80+ are high, 60–79 are medium, and below 60 are low. Click a conversation to open it in the Inbox.

Select one or more conversations and choose Mark reviewed to clear them from the list once you have checked them.
