API Keys

API keys let external tools and scripts act on your workspace through the Kasbly API. Create a key, copy it once, and store it securely.

Give the key a descriptive name, optionally set an expiry date, and choose its scopes, then create it. The full secret is shown only once at creation — copy it immediately, because you can’t retrieve it again later.

Scopes limit what a key can do. Grant only what each integration needs:

  • read — read-only access
  • contacts — read/write contacts
  • conversations — read conversations
  • campaigns — campaign access
  • webhooks — webhook access
  • full — complete access to your workspace

The keys table shows each key’s name, scopes, creation date, last-used time, and expiry. Revoke any key that’s no longer needed or may have been exposed — revocation takes effect immediately.
